Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.被加工表面、特に穿孔表面から削りくずを除去する機械加工を行うための 工具であって、互いに変位し得る少なくとも2つの工具部材を有し、上記機械 加工をするための工具が回転可能となっていて、さらに、工具の回転軸(9) に対し実質的に垂直な方向に該工具(1;10;100)との関係で変位し得る少なく とも1つの制御部材(19;119)が設けられていて、該制御部材が、特に予め設 定したしきい値回転数以上で、1つの工具部材(5)を他の工具部材(3)と の関係で移動させ得るようになっていることを特徴とする工具。 2.制御部材(19;119)がバネ部材と相互作用し、該バネ部材が遠心力に対 抗して該制御部材に対し所定の復原力を作用し得るようになっていることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の工具。 3.該制御部材(19;119)が制御媒体、特に油、と相互作用し、該工具内の変 位の際に、該制御媒体の流れが生じ得るようにしていることを特徴とする請求 項1または2記載の工具。 4.該制御媒体の流路に液圧抵抗(絞り(35;135))が生じ得るようになってい ることを特徴とする上記の請求項1、2または3記載の工具。 5.該制御媒体の流路に戻し弁(37;137)が設けられていることを特徴とする 上記の請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の工具。 6.該バネ部材がガス圧バネからなっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5 のいずれかに記載の工具。 7.該バネ部分材が直接または媒体、特に液体、を介して該制御部材に対して作 用するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載 の工具。 8.該制御部材が3つ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいず れかに記載の工具。 9.該制御部材(119)が直接、1つの工具部材(5)を他の工具部材(3)と の関連で変位させ得るようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8の いずれかに記載の工具。 10.該制御部材(19)が媒体、特に液体、を介して、1つの工具部材(5)を 他の工具部材(3)との関連で変位させ得るようになっていることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の工具。 11.該制御部材(19)が1つの工具部材(5)を他の工具部材(3)との関連 で変位させるピストン装置(15)と相互作用するようになっていることを特徴 とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の工具。 12.該ピストン装置(15)が1側面において、該制御媒体の作用を受けるよう になっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の工具。 13.該ピストン装置(15)が他側面において、該制御媒体に対抗するバネ部材 と相互作用するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のい ずれかに記載の工具。 14.該制御部材(119)が、該工具内に挿入し得るアセンブリーユニット(163) の一部であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の工具。 15.該制御部材(19;119)が、遠心力の作用の下で変位し得るようになってい る部材であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の工具。 16.請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の工具を、燃料動力機械のエンジンにお ける弁座(215)および弁案内(213)の機械加工に使用する工具の使用方法。 17.請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の工具を、表面仕上げに使用する工 具の使用方法。 18. 工具、特に請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の工具のための工具部 材を有するインサートであって、外力、特に遠心力、の作用により可動となっ ていて該工具部材を変位させる制御部材を具備していることを特徴とするイン サート。
