Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.乾燥されるガスの吸着剤(3)を収納する乾燥装置の容器において、容器( 14)内に交換可能に配置されている少なくとも1つのカートリッジ(1)に、 乾燥されるガスの吸着剤(3)が収納され、この吸着剤(3)とカートリッジ( 1)との間に、吸着剤(3)がカートリッジ(1)の中において、特に動作及び /又は周囲条件が変化する場合でも動くことがないような圧力が加わっているこ とを特徴とする乾燥装置の容器(14)。 2.カートリッジ(1)が少なくとも大部分プラスチックからなることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の容器(14)。 3.カートリッジ(1)が少なくとも部分的に吸着剤(3)と同じ材料、特にセ ラミックスからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器(14)。 4.カートリッジの壁(4)が初期圧を持つことが可能であり、その際カートリ ッジの壁(4)が異なる弾性係数及び/又は熱膨張係数を持つ少なくとも部分的 に周回する溝(6)及び/又は異なる壁部分(8)を持っていることを特徴とす る請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の容器(14)。 5.吸着剤(3)の直ぐ近くに圧力付与手段(15)、特に初期圧の下におかれ る手段、好ましくはばね或いは弾性物質が配置されていることを特徴とする請求 項1乃至4の1つに記載の容器(14)。 6.カートリッジ(1)の内部が少なくとも部分的に弾性物質(15、24)で 内張りされていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容器(14)。 7.カートリッジ(1)の内部が少なくとも部分的に弾性チューブで内張りされ ていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容器(14)。 8.容器の中において、第一のカートリッジ(25)の上に第二のカートリッジ (26)が、特に、第一のカートリッジ(25)から第二のカートリッジ(26 )への流れが保証され、両カートリッジ(25、26)相互の結合が容器(14 )に対して実質的に気密であるように、積み重ね可能であることを特徴とする請 求項1乃至7の1つに記載の容器(14)。 9.第一のカートリッジ(25)と第二のカートリッジ(26)とが少なくとも 部分的に、特にこれらが両側の接続のための雌・雄嵌合手段を持つように、同じ 構造であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の容器(14)。 10.容器(14)がガスを容器(14)から逃がすための開口(35)を備え 、この開口が装着されたカートリッジ(1)を部分(7)、特に弾性部分で気密 に封止していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9の1つに記載の容器(14)。 11.カートリッジ(1)及び/又は容器(14)が吸着剤の状態を検出及び/ 又は表示する手段(38、39)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至1 0の1つに記載の容器(14)。 12.カートリッジ(1)及び/又は容器(14)が吸着剤の状態を容量的に測 定する手段(41、42、43、44)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1 1に記載の容器(14)。 13.複数の積み重ねられたカートリッジ(29)を備え、吸着剤(3)が少な くとも2つのカートリッジ(1)によって異なっていることを特徴とする請求項 1乃至12の1つに記載の容器(14)。 14.乾燥されるガスがカートリッジ(1)を通る流れの方向に、第一のカート リッジが耐水性の吸着剤(3)を納めていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載 の容器(14)。 15.蓋部分(46)を備え、この蓋部分がカートリッジ(1)に、ガス流路( 47、48)がカートリッジ(1)内に確保されかつカートリッジ(1)が容器 (14)内に懸垂されるように結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至1 4の1つに記載の容器(14)。 16.少なくとも2つのカートリッジ(1)が一緒に1つの線上で容器(14) に対して封止されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至15の1つに記載の容器 (14)。 17.封止部がガス流路(47)及び/又は底部流路(48)の開口の近くに配 置されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の容器(14)。 18.容器(14)の一部及び/又は他のカートリッジ(1)と結合するための ねじ結合(17、18、45)或いはバヨネット結合部(28)を備えているこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至17の1つに記載の容器(14)のカートリッジ( 1)。 19.封止部(12、37)として形成されている上縁部及び/又は下縁部(3 6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至18の1つに記載の容器(14 )のカートリッジ(1)。 20.カートリッジ(1)の少なくとも一部が吸着剤(3)の置換の後再利用可 能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至19の1つに記載の容器(14)のカー トリッジ(1)。 21.カートリッジ(1)がその部分的に破壊される状態でのみ開放され、その ために予め定められた位置(40)を持っていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至 20の1つに記載の容器(14)のカートリッジ。 22.請求項1乃至21の1つに記載の乾燥装置の容器(14)において使用さ れる吸着剤(3)を充填するためのカートリッジ(1)。 23.吸着剤(3)として、カートリッジ(1)に充填される際に振動にさらさ れるばら材が使用されることを特徴とする吸着剤(3)を備えた請求項1乃至2 2の1つに記載の容器(14)のカートリッジ(1)の充填方法。 24.カートリッジの壁(4)が、その充填の際、それを解放すると体積の減少 を行わせる初期圧の下におかれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至23の1つ に記載の容器(14)のためのカートリッジ(1)の充填方法。
