Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複数のプレート(7,8)が二種類の流体を流すためのプレート空間(3 3,34)をそれらの間に形成するように配置され 前記流体の入り口(2,4)および出口(3,5)が、主流通方向において第 1の流体が一つおきのプレート空間(33)に導かれ第2の流体が残りのプレー ト空間(34)に導かれ、それらが互いに平行であるように配置され 各プレート(7,8)は、前記主流通方向と角度を設けて、互いに隣接して伸 びる峰部(22,25)および谷部(23,24)をプレートがその両側に示す ようにプレスパターンが設けられ 前記種類の峰部(25)は、前記第1の流体を流通させるように形成される前 記プレート空間の峰部において交差するように同じ種類の峰部(25)を支持し プレート一つおきに、前記第2の流体を流通させるように形成されるプレート 空間(34)となる一方の側に、プレートの同じ側にある峰部(22)より高い 、プレートのプレスにより形成される隆起(26)を有し、 前記プレート一つおきの隆起(26)は、二つのプレートの対抗峰部(22) が互いに所定の間隔に維持されるように、前記第2の流体を流通させるために形 成される前記プレート空間(34)において隣接プレートを支持しているプレー ト熱交換器に於いて、 一つおきのプレートにおける前記各隆起(26)が長くなっていて、前記主流 通方向に実質的に平行に長手軸方向に伸びていて、問題の隆起(26)としてプ レートの同じ側に形成される互いに隣接して伸びる峰部(22)間の多くとも二 つの谷部(23)を橋渡ししていることを特徴とする、 熱交換器。 2.前記各隆起(26)が、二つの隣接する峰部(22)間の一つの谷部(2 3)のみを橋渡ししている請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 3.前記第2の流体を流通させるために形成されるプレート空間(34)中に おいて全てのプレート(7,8)に前記種類の隆起(26)が設けられる請 求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。 4.プレートにおける前記種類の隆起(26)が、隣接プレートにおける同じ 種類の隆起(26)を支持する請求項3に記載のプレート熱交換器。 5.前記第1の流体のためのプレート空間(33)中において前記峰部(25 )が交差するように互いに支持し合う場所において、プレート(7,8)が互い に一体に溶接されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 6.プレート(7,8)が長くなっていて、前記主流通方向に平行に、その長 手軸方向に伸びている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 7.プレートのプレスパターンは、プレートの一方側の峰部(22a)がプレ ートの他の側の峰部(25a)と実質的に同じ形状および寸法を有するものであ る請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 8.プレート(7,8)が、対になってカセット(6)を形成し、それにより 、プレートの峰部(25)が交差するように互いに支持し合っている場所におい て部分的に、プレートの端部(27,28)に沿って部分的に、全てのカセット において一体に溶接されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 9.カセット(6)が、前記隆起(26)を介して互いに支持し合い一体にろ う付けされている請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
