Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に、ボトルまたは類似のプラスチック材料製中空体に連続的にブロー成形 されるようにした、配向された熱可塑性樹脂製パリソンを、1ステージ方式また は2ステージ方式で製造する方法であって、 −溶融樹脂を複数の多数個取型(A)に注入する工程と、 −前記多数個取型の各々のキャビティで形成されたパリソンの内面温度が、使 用されている特定の熱可塑性樹脂の結晶化度のピークに対応する温度よりも低く なるまで、それぞれの前記パリソンを硬化させる工程と、 −前記パリソンを前記型から取り出して、配向に適した平均温度に達する前に 、適当な冷却カップ(1)に搬送する工程と、 −前記パリソン(2)をそれぞれの前記カップに挿入した後に、前記パリソン の開口部(6)を閉止し、前記パリソンのキャビティに加圧気体を吹き込んで、 予め設定した時間の間、前記パリソンの外面をそれぞれの前記カップの内壁(3 )に密接させて、前記各冷却カップ内のパリソンを冷却する工程とを備え、前記 冷却カップは、そのカップの中実な部分に設けられた流路を流れる媒体によって 冷却されている方法において、 前記カップ内でのパリソンの滞在時間は、前記パリソンをそれぞれの前記射出 成形型から取り出す時間に、前記パリソンを前記射出成形型から前記冷却カップ へそれぞれ搬送するのに必要な時間を加えたものを、マシンサイクルの時間から 差し引いた時間に等しい ことを特徴とする方法。 2.前記冷却カップ内で前記パリソンを加圧する工程における前記パリソンの滞 在時間は、10ないし15秒に設定されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に 記載の方法。 3.加圧気体は、2ないし4バールの間でほぼ一定の圧力を保ちつつ、前記パリ ソンのキャビティ内に封入されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2 項に記載の方法。 4.特に、ボトルまたは類似のプラスチック材料製中空体に連続的にブロー成形 されるようにした、配向された熱可塑性樹脂製パリソンを製造する製造設備であ って、 −溶融樹脂を注入し、複数のパリソン(2)を次々に硬化成形するための複数 の多数個取射出成形型(A)と、 −前記多数個取射出成形型(A)から取り出された前記パリソンを収容する複 数の冷却カップ(1)と、 −前記パリソンを前記多数個取射出成形型から前記冷却カップへ搬送するため の搬送手段と、 −前記冷却カップにそれぞれのパリソンを搬送する際に、それぞれの前記パリ ソンのキャビティ内に、一定の時間加圧気体を吹き込んで保持する装置と を備えた製造設備において、 前記冷却カップは、前記多数個取射出成形型(B)を備えた射出ステーション (A)と、調整ステーション(C)との間に設置された冷却ステーション(H) に設けられている ことを特徴とする製造設備。 5.前記冷却カップが、そのカップを含むボディの中実な部分に設けられた適当 な流路(10)を循環する媒体によって冷却されている、請求の範囲第4項に記 載の製造設備において、 前記循環する冷却用媒体は、8ないし12℃の温度範囲内に保持されているこ とを特徴とする製造設備。
