Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1a)電極を有する電極担持部材を与え、 b)該電極を切除すべき組織と接触させて位置づけ、 c)該電極を通して該組織まで電流を流し、該組織を脱水させるようにし、 d)段階c)の脱水中に発生した水分を該電極担持部材内に流入させると共に 該組織から流出させることから成る、組織を切除、凝固させる方法。 2 該組織が表面を有し、段階b)が該電極担持部材を該組織表面の形状と同一 にさせることを含む、請求項1の方法。 3 段階a)が細長い管を与えることを含み、該電極担持部材を与える段階が該 管の遠位端部上に該電極担持部材を与えることを含み、段階d)が該水分の少な くとも1部を該電極担持部材から該管を通して流すことを含む、請求項1の方法 。 4 段階d)が該管に吸引を適用し、該管を通して該水分を引き出させるように することを含む、請求項3の方法。 5e)一度切除が予め定められた深さ又は脱水の水準に達したとき該組織内への 電流の流れを自動的に停止させることをさらに含む、請求項1の方法。 6e)切除中の該組織のインピーダンスを監視し、 f)一度該インピーダンスが先決の水準に達した時該切除処置を停止させる ことをさらに含む、請求項1の方法。 7 段階c)が該電極のなかから選択されたものを通して電流を流すことを含む 、請求項1の方法。 8 該電極担持部材を通して吸引を適用させ、水分除去を促進するために該組織 を引き寄せて該電極担持部材及び該電極と接触させるようにすることを含む、請 求項1の方法。 9 水分に対して透過、吸収性を有する電極担持部材と、 該電極担持部材に取り付けられる電極と、 無線周波数エネルギを該電極に伝える装置と、 該電極担持部材を通して水分を引き出すことが可能な装置とから成る、切除 用組織にエネルギを伝えるために用いる切除、凝固装置。 10 水分に対して透過、吸収性を有する電極担持部材と、 該電極担持部材に取り付けられる電極と、 無線周波数エネルギを該電極に伝える装置と、 細長い管であって、該電極担持部材該管に取り付けられ、該管が該電極担持 部材の下にある複数の通気開口を含む管とから成る、切除用組織にエネルギを伝 えるために用いる切除、凝固装置。 11 該水分を引き出すことが可能な装置が、該電極担持部材から水分を引き出す 吸引装置を含む、請求項9の装置。 12 細長い管をさらに含み、該電極担持部材該管に取り付けられ、該水分を引き 出すことが可能な装置が、該管を通して該電極担持部材から水分を引き出す吸引 装置を含む、請求項9の装置。 13 該電極担持部材がスポンジで形成される、請求項9の装置。 14 該電極担持部材が泡状物質で形成される、請求項9の装置。 15 該電極担持部材が多孔性充填材料で形成される、請求項9の装置。 16 該電極担持部材がさらに形状適合性材料で形成される、請求項9の装置。 17 該電極担持部材内に構造支持装置をさらに含む、請求項9の装置。 18 該構造支持装置が膨脹させられる袋を含む、請求項17の装置。 19 該構造支持装置が該電極担持部材内に設けられるスプリング部材を含む、請 求項17の装置。 20 該スプリング部材が閉状態及び開状態間で移動可能である、請求項19の装 置。 21 該電極担持部材に担持される少なくとも1つの接触センサと、インピーダン スを測定する装置とをさらに含む、請求項9の装置。 22 細長い管と、 子宮の形状を近似する形状を有する、該管に取り付けられる電極担持パッド と、 該パッドに取り付けられる一連の電極と、 該電極から切除すべき組織まで電流を流すために無線周波数エネルギを該電 極に伝える装置と、 一度先決の切除深さが達成された時該電極から該組織までの電流の流れを自動 的に停止させる装置とから成る子宮切除装置。 23 切除中の組織から該電極担持パッド内へ水分を引き出す装置をさらに含む、 請求項22の装置。 24a)電極を有する電極担持部材を与え、 b)該電極を切除すべき組織と接触させて位置づけ、 c)切除すべき深さを選択し、 d)該電極のなかから選択されたものを通して該組織にRFエネルギを伝え、 該組織の切除を該選択された切除深さに近似させるようにすることから成る 組織切除方法。 25 段階d)が該選択された切除深さに近似した深さを生じる有効な電極間隔を 選択し、該電極の選択されたものにRFエネルギを伝え、印加された電極間の間 隔が該選択された有効電極間隔であるようにさせることを含む、請求項24の方 法。 26 段階d)が該選択された切除深さに近似した深さを生じる電極表面密度を選 択し、該電極の選択されたものにRFエネルギを伝え、印加された電極間の電極 表面密度が該選択された電極表面密度であるようにさせることを含む、請求項2 4の方法。 27 該電極担持部材及び電極が金属被覆織物で形成される、請求項9の装置。 28 該金属被覆織物が、該電極を分離するためにエッチングされた絶縁層を含む 、請求項27の装置。
