Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)支持体樹脂粒子を有する成分A b)各陰イオン交換官能基が少なくとも第1及び第2窒素基を有し、当該第1 窒素基が第四級アミンであり、当該第2窒素基が第一級、第二級、第三級又 は第四級アミンからなる群から選ばれる、陰イオン交換官能基を含むポリマ ー を有する陰イオン交換組成物において、当該陰イオン交換官能基を含むポリマ ーが、成分Aに直接又は間接的に保持されていることを特徴とする陰イオン交 換組成物。 2.陰イオン交換官能基を含む当該ポリマーが成分B樹脂粒子を有し、成分Aが少 なくとも当該成分Bの有効部位を引きつける有効表面上に負に荷電した部位を 有する、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換組成物。 3.陰イオン交換官能基を含む当該ポリマーが成分B樹脂粒子を有し、成分Aと成 分Bが、互いに分散剤によって保持されている、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交 換組成物。 4.当該陰イオン交換官能基を含むポリマーが、成分Aと共有結合的に結合されて いる、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換組成物。 5.当該陰イオン交換官能基を含むポリマーが、成分A上に被覆物を形成している 、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換組成物。 6.当該陰イオン交換官能基が、それぞれ第1及び第2窒素基を有する、請求項1 に記載の陰イオン交換組成物。 7.当該陰イオン交換官能基が、それそれ第1、第2及び第3窒素基を有する、請 求項1に記載の陰イオン交換組成物。 8.当該全ての窒素基が、第四級アミンである、請求項1に記載の陰イオン交換組 成物。 9.当該第1及び第2窒素基が、第四級アミンである、請求項6に記載の陰イオン 交換組成物。 10.当該第2窒素基が、第三級アミンである、請求項6に記載の陰イオン交換組 成物。 11.当該窒素基が、トリエチレンジアミンを有する、請求項9又は10に記載の陰 イオン交換組成物。 12.粒子の有効表面上に陰イオン交換官能基を含むポリマーを有する合成樹脂の 粒子を有する成分Bを有する陰イオン交換組成物であって、当該各陰イオン交 換官能基が、少なくとも第1及び第2窒素基を有し、当該第1窒素基が第四級 アミンであり、当該第2窒素基が第一級、第二級、第三級又は第四級アミンか らなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする、陰イオン交換組成物。 13.クロマトグラフィ分析カラムであって、 a)支持樹脂粒子を有する成分A b)各陰イオン交換官能基が少なくとも第1及び第2窒素基を有し、当該第1 窒素基が第四級アミンであり、当該第2窒素基が第一級、第二級、第三級又 は第四級アミンからなる群から選ばれる、陰イオン交換官能基を含むポリマ ー を有する陰イオン交換クロマトグラフ充填物の充填床を含むカラムにおいて、 当該陰イオン交換官能基を含む当該ポリマーが、成分A上に直接又は間接的に 保持されていることを特徴とするカラム。 14.炭水化物、アルジトール及びアミノ酸のクロマトグラフ分離方法であって、 以下の工程を有することを特徴とする方法。 i)前記炭水化物を有する液体溶液を、 a)支持樹脂粒子を有する成分A b)各陰イオン交換官能基が少なくとも第1及び第2窒素基を有し、当該第 1窒素基が第四級アミンであり、当該第2窒素基が第一級、第二級、第三 級又は第四級アミンからなる群から選ばれる、陰イオン交換官能基を含む ポリマー、ここで、当該陰イオン交換官能基を含む当該ポリマーは、成分 A上に直接又は間接的に保持されている。 を含む床に通す工程; ii)吸着された炭水化物を当該床から差動的に除去する溶離剤で当該床を溶離 する工程。 15.陰イオン交換クロマトグラフィで使用するための陰イオン交換組成物の製造 方法であって、以下の工程を有する方法。 a)官能基化モノマーと陰イオン交換官能基との接触を、当該官能基を当該モ ノマーに結合して陰イオン交換官能基を含むモノマーを生成する条件下で行 う工程。ここで、各陰イオン交換官能基は、少なくとも第1及び第2窒素基 を有し、当該第1窒素基は第四級アミンであり、当該第2窒素基は第一級、 第二級、第三級又は第四級アミンからなる群から選ばれる。 b)陰イオン交換官能基を含む当該モノマーを重合し、陰イオン交換官能基を 含むポリマーを生成する工程。工程a)及びb)は、どの順序で行ってもよ い。 c)陰イオン交換官能基を含むポリマーを陰イオン交換組成物に組み込む工程 。 16.少なくとも約30%の架橋モノマー単位を含む支持体樹脂粒子を有する成分A を含むモノサッカライドのクロマトグラフ分離用の組成物。 17.当該樹脂粒子が、少なくとも約55%の架橋モノマー単位を含む、請求項16に 記載の組成物。 18.当該架橋モノマーが、ジビニルベンゼンである、請求項16に記載の組成物。
