Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも1本の入力軸、少なくとも1本の副軸、当該入力軸と当該副軸 とによって支持され、トルクを当該入力軸から当該副軸へ伝達するために互いに 係合されている歯車群、出力軸、及び、前記副軸と前記出力軸とによって支持さ れ、トルクを前記副軸から前記出力軸へ伝達するために対となり相互に係合され ている歯車群、各対の歯車群の少なくとも一方の開放可能で自由な歯車、前記入 力軸或いは前記出力軸のいずれか一方の軸について、他方の軸の軸端に面してい る軸端において軸方向、円筒状かつ同心のボア開口が設けられている前記一方の 軸、前記ボア開口内へと延在し、前記ボア開口内で支持される軸端が設けられて いる前記他方の軸から成る自動車歯車箱に関し、前記軸端(17)が、前記ボア (18)内で、軸方向に離れた少なくとも2個所の軸受位置群(20,22)に て支持されることを特徴とする自動車歯車箱。 2. 前記ボア(18)が前記出力軸(19)内に設けられることと、前記軸端 (17)が前記入力軸(6)上に作られることと、前記入力軸が追加の軸受(1 5)内で支持されることとを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車箱。 3. 前記軸受群(20,22)の少なくとも一方が、前記出力軸(19)に取 付けられている非可回転的ではあるが軸方向に可変位な係合用スリーブ(46或 いは47のそれぞれ)の内側で放射状に位置し、それによって、歯車(44)が 前記出力軸(19)にロックされるか、或いは、前記入力軸と出力軸群(6,1 9)がトルクを前記入力軸から前記出力軸へ直接に伝達するため共に連結される ことを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の歯車箱。 4. 前記軸端(17)が、前記ボア(18)の中で離れた2つのころ軸受群( 20,22)内で取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1 項に記載の歯車箱。 5. 前記入力軸(6)が、それを取り囲んでいる中空軸(9)内に取付けられ 、 当該中空軸は、前記歯車箱筐体の端壁(12)内に取り付けられ、また第2副軸 (29)上の歯車(28)に係合する歯車(13)を支持している第2入力軸を 形成し、トルクを前記第2入力軸(9)から前記第2副軸へ伝達することと、前 記第2副軸(29)と前記出力軸(19)が歯車群(36、37、38、39) を支持し、当該歯車群は、トルクを前記第2副軸から前記出力軸へ伝達するため に対群として互いに係合し、前記歯車群の中で、各対の歯車群の少なくとも1方 の歯車は、開放可能で、自由に回転する歯車であることとを特徴とする請求項1 から4のいずれか1項に記載の歯車箱。 6. 前記ボア(18)が、前記軸の長さのほぼ半分まで延在していることと、 前記軸端(17)が、少なくとも本質的に前記ボアの全体に延在していることと を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の歯車箱。 7. 前記ボア(18)には、前記開口に隣接して、前記ボアの残りの部分より も大きな直径を持つ軸受座(21)が設けられており、また前記ボアが、直径の 相違に対応した異なる寸法の軸受群(20,22)を有していることを特徴とす る請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の歯車箱。
