Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約2当量の液体重合脂肪酸を、約X当量のC20+一価直鎖第一級アルコールお よび約y当量のジアミンと反応させることによって調製され、x+yが約2に等 しく且つyが0〜約1である、固体ジエステル。 2.約40℃〜約150℃の融点を有する、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 3.約60℃〜約130℃の融点を有する、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 4.150℃において約300cPより低い粘度を有する、請求項1に記載のジエステル 。 5.130℃において約100cPより低い粘度を有する、請求項1に記載のジエステル 。 6.約20より小さい酸価を有する、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 7.前記重合脂肪酸が約180〜約200の酸価を有する、請求項1に記載のジエステ ル。 8.前記重合脂肪酸が水素添加した重合脂肪酸である、請求項1に記載のジエス テル。 9.前記重合脂肪酸が、約10重量パーセントより少量の三量体酸と約90重量パー セントより多量の二量体酸とを含む、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 10.前記ジアミンがH2N-R-NH2の分子式を有し、RがC2〜約C36炭化水素および C2〜約C36ポリ(アルキレンオキシ)から選択される、請求項1に記載のジエス テル。 11.前記ジアミンが、エチレンジアミン、1,6-ヘキサンジアミン、および1,10 -デカンジアミンから成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 12.前記一価アルコールが20〜約26個の炭素原子を有する、請求項1に記載の ジエステル。 13.前記一価アルコールが一価アルコールの混合物であり、該混合物が約60〜 約180の水酸基価を有する、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 14.前記混合物が約70〜130の水酸基価を有する、請求項13に記載のジエス テル。 15.yが約0.33より小さい、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 16.yが0である、請求項1に記載のジエステル。 17.画像形成成分と請求項1に記載のジエステルとを含む、ホットメルトイン ク組成物。 18.前記画像形成成分が着色剤である、請求項17に記載のホットメルトイン ク組成物。 19.約75℃〜約175℃の温度で約1cP〜約50cPの粘度を有する、請求項17に記 載のホットメルトインク組成物。 20.約110℃〜約130℃の温度で約5cP〜約15cPの粘度を有する、請求項17に 記載のホットメルトインク組成物。 21.画像形成成分を請求項1に記載のジエステルと混合してホットメルトイン クを調製する工程と、ホットメルト印刷用に設計された印刷ヘッド内部に該ホッ トメルトインクを融解状態で貯蔵する工程と、融解ホットメルトインクを該印刷 ヘッドから基材上に噴射する工程とを包含する、印刷方法。 22.画像形成成分を請求項1のジエステルと混合してホットメルトインクを調 製する工程と、該ホットメルトインクを融解して融解インクを調製する工程と、 グラビア印刷板または凹版印刷板を該融解インクと接触させて、該融解インクを その上に有する印刷板を提供する工程と、次いで該融解インクをその上に有する 該印刷板を基材と接触させて、該印刷板から該基材に画像を転写する工程とを包 含する、印刷方法。 23.約2当量の液体重合肪酸を、約x当量のC20+一価直鎖第一級アルコールお よび約y当量のジアミンと反応させる工程を包含し、x+yが約2に等しく且つ yが0〜約1である、固体ジエステルを調製するプロセス。 24.yが0である、請求項23に記載のプロセス。 25.前記ジアミンがH2N-R-NH2の分子式を有し、RがC2〜約C36炭化水素および C2〜約C36ポリ(アルキレンオキシ)から選択され、前記一価アルコールが20〜 約26個の炭素原子を有する、請求項23に記載のプロセス。
