Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガラス基板と、透過性の多層フィルムとを含み、この多層フィルムは、前記 ガラス基板上に被膜されかつ前記ガラス基板の外側から、透過性の赤外線反射 射金属フィルム、このフィルム上に置かれたシリコンフィルム、及び透過性の 誘電体フィルムを有し、前記シリコンフィルムの厚さにより、高熱処理の間、 このフィルムから酸素及び窒素の一方または両方を取り除いて前記赤外線反射 フィルムに反応しないシリコンを維持できるようにしたことを特徴とする透過 性の耐熱ガラス製品。 2.前記透過性の誘電体フィルムは、シリコン窒化物からなることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項に記載の透過性ガラス製品。 3.前記透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルムは、銀製であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の透過性ガラス製品。 4.赤外線反射フィルムとガラス基板との間に配置され、かつ前記赤外線反射フ ィルムに隣接しているシリコンフィルムを含んでいることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項に記載の透過性ガラス製品。 5.ガラス基板と、このガラス基板上に被膜された透過性多層フィルムとを含み 、この多層フィルムは、前記ガラス基板の外側から、順次、透過性のシリコン 窒化物フィルム、シリコンフィルム、銀を含有する透過性の赤外線反射金属フ ィルム、シリコンフィルム、および透過性のシリコン窒化物フィルムからなる ことを特徴とする透過性の耐熱ガラス製品。 6.前記銀を含有する層は、シリコンフィルムの間に挟まれ、前記銀を含有する フィルム上のシリコンフィルムは、前記銀を含有するフィルムとガラス基板と の間のシリコンフィルムよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載 の透過性ガラス製品。 7.ガラス表面の外側から、透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルム、シリコンを含有 する薄い保護フィルム、及び透過性の誘電体フィルムを蒸着してなる透過性多 層フィルムをガラス製品上に被膜し、 前記保護フィルムは、前記赤外線反射金属フィルムに隣接して、高熱処理の 間、酸素及び窒素の一方または両方を取り除いて前記赤外線反射フィルムに反 応しないシリコンを維持できる厚さを有するようにしたことを特徴とする、透 過性ガラス製品を製造するための方法。 8.赤外線反射フィルムの下に直にシリコンを含有する保護フィルムを蒸着する ステップを有し、前記保護フィルムは、高熱処理の間、酸素及び窒素の一方ま たは両方を取り除いて前記赤外線反射フィルムに反応しないシリコンを維持で きる厚さを有するようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法 。 9.ガラス基板の外側から、第1の透過性の窒化物フィルム、第2のシリコン含 有フィルム、第3の透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルム、第4のシリコン含有フ ィルム、第5の透過性の窒化物フィルムを有する透過性の多層フィルムを前記 ガラス基板の表面に被覆し、 前記窒化物フィルムがシリコン窒化物からなり、前記被覆されたガラス製品 を加熱するステップを有することを特徴とする、熱処理された透過性のガラス 製品を製造する方法。 10.ガラス表面の外側から、透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルム、シリコンを含有 する薄い保護フィルム、透過性の誘電体フィルムを有する透過性のフィルム積 層体をガラス基板の前記表面に被覆し、 前記保護フィルムは、前記赤外線反射金属フィルムに隣接し、高熱処理の間 、酸素及び窒素の一方または両方を取り除いて前記赤外線反射フィルムに反応 しないシリコンを維持できる厚さを有するようにしたことを特徴とする、透過 性のガラス製品を製造する方法。 11.ガラス基板と、この基板上に蒸着された透過性の多層フィルムを有し、 この多層フィルムは、ガラス基板の外側から、第1の透過性の窒化物フィル ム、第2のシリコン含有フィルム、第3の透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルム、 第4のシリコン含有フィルム、第5の透過性の窒化物フィルムを有し、 前記金属窒化物フィルムは、シリコン窒化物であることを特徴とする、透過 性の耐熱ガラス製品。 12.透過性の金属窒化物フィルムの各々が、シリコン窒化物であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第11項に記載の透過性ガラス製品。 13.透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルムは、銀であることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第11項に記載の透過性ガラス製品。 14.透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルムは、3Å〜15Åの範囲の厚さのシリコン を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載の透過性ガラス製品。 15.ガラス基板と、この基板上に配置された透過性の多層フィルムとを含み、 この多層フィルムは、ガラス基板の外側から、250Å〜500Åの範囲の厚 さを有する透過性のシリコン窒化物フィルム、シリコンメタルの第1保護フィ ルム、銀を含有する透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルム、シリコンメタルの第2 保護フィルム、および、350Å〜600Åの範囲の厚さを有する透過性のシ リコン窒化物フィルムを含むことを特徴とする、透過性の耐熱ガラス製品。 16.ガラス基板と、この基板上に配置された透過性の多層フィルムとを含み、 この多層フィルムは、透過性の赤外線反射金属フィルムの両側にシリコン含有 フィルムを蒸着したサンドイッチ構造体を形成し、さらに、ガラスを調質温度 に加熱したとき窒素が排出可能となる透過性フィルムを前記サンドイッチ構造 体の両側に被覆したことを特徴とする、透過性の耐熱ガラス製品。 17.ガラス基板と、この基板上に配置された透過性の多層フィルムとを含み、 この多層フィルムは、シリコンメタルの保護フィルムの間に隣接かつサンド イッチされた、厚さが3Å〜15Åの銀製のフィルムを含んでいることを特徴 とする、透過性の耐熱ガラス製品。
