Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 過度のオレフィン飽和を起こさずにナフサ原料油流れを水素化脱硫するため の好適な触媒であって、該触媒は、 (a)無機耐火担体物質;及び (b)約1〜10重量%のMoO3;及び (c)約0.1〜5重量%のCoO;及び (d)約0.1〜1.0のCo/Mo原子比;及び (e)約60Å〜200Åの細孔直径中央値;及び (f)約0.5×10-4〜3×10-4g MoO3/m2のMoO3表面濃度;及び (g)約2.0mm未満の平均粒子サイズ直径; を有することを特徴とする触媒。 2 MoO3の量は約2〜8重量%であり、CoOの量は約0.5〜4重量%であり、 無機耐火担体物質はアルミナ、シリカおよびシリカ−アルミナからなる群から選 ばれ、Co/Mo原子比は約0.20〜約0.80であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1 記載の触媒を使用する方法、および細孔直径中央値は約75Å〜約175Åであるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲3記載の方法。 3 MoO3表面濃度は、約0.75×10-4〜約2.5×10-4であることを特徴とする請 求の範囲2記載の触媒を使用する方法。 4 触媒は、酸素化学吸着により測定した場合、約800〜2800μMol酸素/g MoO3 の金属硫化物エッジ面積を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の触媒を使 用する方法。 5 触媒は、酸素化学吸着により測定した場合、約800〜2800μMol酸素/g MoO3 の金属硫化物エッジ面積を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲3記載の触媒を使 用する方法。 6 処理ユニットは、この反応ユニットへ仕込まれる供給原料油の供給口温度が 該供給原料油の露点未満であり、かつ該供給原料油の100%が該触媒床中で蒸発 するように操作されることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の触媒を使用する方法 7 過度のオレフィン飽和を起こさずにナフサ原料油流れを水素化脱硫するため の方法であって、次の(1)〜(3)を満たすことを特徴とする方法。 (1)該方法は、水素化脱硫触媒床を含有する水素化脱硫処理ユニットへ該ナフ サ原料油流れを供給する工程を含む。 (2)該触媒は、 (a)無機耐火担体物質;及び (b)約2〜8重量%のMoO3;及び (c)約0.5〜4重量%のCoO;及び (d)約0.20〜0.80のCo/Mo原子比;及び (e)約75Å〜175Åの細孔直径中央値;及び (f)約0.75×10-4〜2.5×10-4g MoO3/m2のMoO3表面濃度;及び (g)約1.6mm未満の平均粒子サイズ直径;を有する。(3)該処理ユニッ トは、この反応ユニットへ仕込まれる供給原料油の供給口温 度が該供給原 料油の露点未満であり、かつ該供給原料油の100%が該触媒 床中で蒸発す るように操作される。 8 MoO3の量は約2〜8重量%であり、CoOの量は約0.5〜4重量%であり、 無機耐火担体物質はアルミナ、シリカおよびシリカ−アルミナからなる群から選 ばれ、Co/Mo原子比は約0.20〜約0.80であることを特徴とする請求の範囲7 記載の方法、および細孔直径中央値は約75Å〜約175Åであることを特徴とする 請求の範囲3記載の方法。 9 MoO3表面濃度は、約0.75×10-4〜約2.5×10-4であることを特徴とする請 求の範囲8記載の方法。 10 触媒は、酸素化学吸着により測定した場合、約800〜2800μMol酸素/g Mo O3の金属硫化物エッジ面積を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の触媒を 使用する方法。
