Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1のケーシング部分特にケーシング底(1)と、第2のケーシング部分特 にケーシング蓋(37)と、ケーシング内に配置された回転可能なコードディ スク(2)と、電気回路(34)と、コードディスクを走査する少なくとも1 個の走査装置(35)とを備えた、操舵角センサのモジュールにおいて、コー ドディスク(2)が第1のケーシング部分(1)に対して間隔をおいてこのケ ーシング部分に回転可能に直接支承されていることを特徴するモジュール。 2.走査装置(35)が第1のケーシング部分(1)に固定連結されたソケット に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のモジュール。 3.第1のケーシング部分が円形の穴(2)を有し、この円形の穴の縁部におい て環状壁(21)がケーシング内部の方に向き、コードディスク(2)がケー シング内部に向く環状壁(21)の端面に支持され、コードディスク(2)か ら突出する係止アーム(4)が環状壁(21)を介して半径方向外向きの係止 フック(38)によってケーシング底(1)の外面(39)に作用しているこ とを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のモジュール。 4.環状壁(1)が周方向の溝(39)を備え、この溝に係止フック(38)が 係合していることを特徴とする請求項3記載のモジュール。 5.円形のコードディスク(2)が底の穴(22)に対応する中央の円形貫通穴 (23)を備え、この貫通穴の縁から係止アーム(4)が突出し、グループを なして貫通穴の円形縁部に設けられた係止アームの間に、扇形の支持壁(24 )が立設され、この支持壁が円形穴(22)内に挿入された扇形の搬送環(4 ,5)を支持していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の モジュール。 6.走査装置のソケット(25)が複数の光源と、この光源に付設された複数の 検出器を収容窪み内に収容し、この収容窪みが3列をなして扇形に配置され、 ソケット(35)が収容窪みの壁内に、光ビームを送受信するためのスリット 状の開口を備え、ソケット(35)が端面のところで開放した扇形の溝を備え 、この溝に、半径方向で互いに対向する穴が開口し、溝が円形に動く、コード ディスク(2)のコードトラックまたはインクリメンタルトラックの突起(3 1,32)を収容することを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか一つに記載の モジュール。 7.ケーシング底(1)に段付きのセンタリングピン(33)が設けられ、コー ドディスクを取り囲む印刷回路基板(34)がこのセンタリングピンを介して センタリングされ、かつケーシング底(1)に対して間隔をおいて保持されて いることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のモジュール。 8.ケーシング底(1)に窪み(36)成形され、光源と検出器に付設された印 刷回路基板とソケット(35)がこの窪み内でセンタリングして積層可能であ り、特にソケット(35)およびまたは印刷回路基板が窪み壁によって付加的 にセンタリング可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記 載のモジュール。
