Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アミノニトリルの気相環化加水分解から得られる反応流れからラクタム を分離する方法において、加水分解反応器を出る反応流れを、1時間以下の期間 にわたって、 ・150℃以下の温度に冷却してから蒸留する、又は ・50℃以下の温度に冷却してから1時間よりも長い期間貯蔵し、その後に精留 する、 ことを特徴とするラクタムの分離法。 2. 反応流れが、70℃〜120℃の温度に冷却してから蒸留されることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3. 反応流れが、10分以下の期間にわたって冷却されることを特徴とする 請求項2記載の方法。 4. 蒸留塔の供給期間、即ち、加水分解反応器を出る反応流れと実際の蒸留 との間で経過する時間が最大限度1時間にそして好ましくは30分に制限される ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の方法。 5. 蒸留が、蒸留装置におけるラクタムの平均滞留時間を1時間以内にする ようにして実施されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項記載の方法 。 6. 反応流れが10分間の期間にわたって50℃以下の温度に冷却されてか ら、1時間よりも長い期間の間貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法 。 7. 使用されるラクタムが、一般式(I): N≡C−R−NH2 [式中、Rは3〜12個の炭素原子を有する線状又は分岐状アルキレン基を表わ す]の脂肪族アミノニトリルの気相環化加水分解によって得られるものから選択 されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の方法。 8. 使用されるラクタムが、式(I)において記号Rが3、4、5又は10 個の炭素原子を有する線状アルキレン基を表わすところの脂肪族アミノニトリル の気相環化加水分解によって得られるものから選択されることを特徴とする請求 項1〜7のいずれか一項記載の方法。 9. 使用されるラクタムがカプロラクタムであることを特徴とする請求項1 〜8のいずれか一項記載の方法。 10. 蒸留が、蒸留装置におけるラクタムの平均滞留時間を30分以内にする ようにして実施されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。 11. ラクタムが40℃以下の温度で貯蔵されてから、1時間以上の期間の間 貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
