Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a)分子中に平均して1個より多いエポキシ基を含みかつ60℃を越える軟 化点を有する粉末化されたエポキシ化合物、 b)分子中に平均して1個より多いアミノ基を含みかつ60℃を越える融点または 軟化点を有する粉末化された脂肪族もしくはN−ヘテロ環式アミンまたは脂肪族 、環式脂肪族、芳香族脂肪族もしくはN−ヘテロ環式アミンをベースとする粉末 化されたアミノ基含有付加物および、所望により、 c)成形粉体のための慣用の添加剤 からなる機械的混合物を含み、a)およびb)の粒子は200 μm より小さい、熱 および圧力の適用で硬化可能である成形粉体。 2. 成分a)は芳香族またはN−ヘテロ環式エポキシ樹脂であるところの、請 求項1に記載の成形粉体。 3. 成分a)はビスフェノールジグリシジルエーテルまたはトリグリシジルイ ソシアヌレートであるところの、請求項1に記載の成形粉体。 4. 成分a)はビスフェノールA、テトラブロモビスフェノールA、ビスフェ ノールFもしくはノボラックのポリグリシジルエーテル、またはトリグリシジル イソシアヌレートであるところの、請求項1に記載の成形粉体。 5. 成分b)は脂肪族アミンまたはアミノ基含有付加物であるところの、請求 項1に記載の成形粉体。 6. 成分b)はアミノ基含有付加物であるところの、請求項1に記載の成形粉 体。 7. 成分b)はビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル化合物とエチレンジ アミン、ジエチレントリアミン、1,2−もしくは1,4−ジアミノシクロヘキ サンまたはイソホロンジアミンとのアミノ基含有付加物であるところの、請求項 6に記載の成形粉体。 8. 請求項1に記載の成形粉体から熱および圧力の適用で製造された成形品。 9. 強化材として木材チップまたは天然材料の繊維を含み、そしてチップボー ドまたは成形部品に成形されるところの、請求項8に記載の成形品。 10. 請求項1に記載の成形粉体からなる、熱および圧力の適用で硬化可能であ る粉体塗料。 11. 請求項10に記載の粉体塗料から熱および圧力の適用での硬化により得られ る塗膜。
