Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1-O-α-D-グルコピラノシル-D-ソルビトール(1,1 GPS)を含有する糖菓 剤。 2.6-O-α-D-グルコピラノシル-D-ソルビトール(1,6 GPS)、1-O-α-D-グ ルコピラノシル-D-ソルビトール(1,1 GPS)、および1-O-α-D-グルコピラ ノシル-D-マンニトール(1,1 GPM)の甘味料混合物を含有する糖菓剤。 3.糖菓剤または甘味料混合物が、少なくとも1重量%の1,1 GPSを含有する 、請求項1または2に記載の糖菓剤。 4.10〜50重量%の1,6 GPS、2〜20重量%の1,1 GPSおよび30〜70重量% の1,1 GPMの甘味料混合物を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載 の糖菓剤。 5.5〜10重量%の1,6 GPS、30〜40重量%の1,1 GPSおよび45〜60重量% の1,1 GPMの甘味料混合物を含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載 の糖菓剤。 6.さらに、ソルビトールおよび/またはマンニトールを含有する、請求項1〜 5のいずれか1項に記載の糖菓剤。 7.さらに、着色剤、強力甘味料、着香剤、充填剤、脂肪代替物および/または 有機酸を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の糖菓剤。 8.糖菓剤が、充填剤を含む、または充填剤を含まないハードまたはソフト糖菓 剤である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の糖菓剤。 9.甘味料混合物が10〜99重量%、好ましくは90〜99重量%の量で存在し、着香 剤が0.01〜2.5重量%の量で存在し、人工甘味料が0.05〜0.25重量%の量で存 在し、有機酸が0.1〜5重量%の量で存在する、請求項8に記載のハード糖菓 剤。 10.甘味料混合物が50〜98重量%の量で存在し、着香剤が0.05〜0.3重量%の 量で存在し、人工甘味料が0.05〜0.25重量%の量で存在し、有機酸が0.2〜2.5 重量%の量で存在する、請求項8に記載のハード糖菓剤。 11.臨床的に活性な成分、特に、デキストロメトルファン、ヘキシルレソルシ ノール/メントール、フェニルプロパノールアミン、ディクロニン(dyclonine )、メントール−ユーカリノキ、ベンゾカインまたはセチルピリジニウムがさ らに存在する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の糖菓剤。 12.糖菓剤、特に薬剤学的に活性な糖菓剤における、活性成分および/または 香気の放出を改善し、甘味付与力を高め、改善されたテクスチャーを得て再結 晶化傾向を低減するための、1,1 GPS、特に1,6 GPS、1,1 GPSおよび1 ,1 GPMの混合物の使用。
