Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一般式I及び一般式Ia [式中、 L1及びL2は、相互に無関係で、1,2−エチレン、1,2−エテニレン及び1 ,2−エチニレンを表わし、 R1及びR2は、相互に無関係で、水素又はその炭素鎖が1個又は数個の基、−O −、−S−、−NR3−、−CO−及び/又は−SO2−で中断されていてよく、 かつ/又は−COOR3、−SO3R3、ヒドロキシ、シアノ、C1〜C6 −アル コキシ、C5〜C8−シクロアルキル、アリールによって、又は窒素原子を介して 結合され、他のヘテロ原子 を含有していてよい、及び/又は芳香族性であってよい5〜7員の複素環によっ て1個又は数個置換されていてよいC1〜C30−アルキルを表わし、この際、R3 は水素又はC1〜C6−アルキルを表わす] の1,7−ジ置換ぺリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸二無水物及び ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸。 2. 式中の L1及びL2は、同じであり、1,2−エテニレン又は1,2−エチニレンを表 わし、 R1及びR2は、相互に無関係で、水素又は−COOR3、ヒドロキシ又はシア ノによって置換されていてよいC1〜C18−アルキルを表わす、請求項1に記載 の式Iのペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸二無水物及び式Iaの ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸。 3. a)1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸 二無水物(II)又は1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカ ルボン酸(IIa)を、極性の中性溶剤及び場合によりイミド化触媒の存在下に 、一般式III: R4−NH2 III [式中、R4は、その炭素鎖が1個又は数個の基、− O−、−S−又は−CO−によって中断されていてよいC4〜C30−アルキル、 C5〜C8−シクロアルキル又はC1−C6−アルキル又はC1−C6−アルコキシに よって1個又は数個置換されていてよいアリールを表わす]の一級アミンと反応 させ、 b)段階a)で生成した、一般式IV: の1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミドを 、中性溶剤、触媒としてのパラジウム錯体、助触媒としての銅塩及び塩基の存在 下に、一般式V: H−C≡C−R1 V の1−アルキンと、1:2〜1:4のモル比で反応させ、かつ c)段階b)で生成した、一般式VI’:の対称性1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミ ドを、所望の場合には、L1中の不飽和結合の付加的還元の後に、極性のプロト ン性溶剤及び塩基の存在下に鹸化して、対称性1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4 ,9,10−テトラカルボン酸二無水物(I)又はペリレン−3,4,9,10 −テトラカルボン酸(Ia)にすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の、 式中のR1及びR2びにL1及びL2各々同じものである、式Iの対称性1,7−ジ 置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸二無水物又は式Iaのペリ レン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸を製造する方法。 4. a)1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸 二無水物(II)又は1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカ ルボン酸(IIa)を、極性の中性溶剤及び場合によりイミド化触媒の存在下に 、一般式III: R4−NH2 III [式中、R4は、その炭素鎖が1個又は数個の基、−O−、−S−又は−CO− によって遮断されていてよいC4〜C30−アルキル、C5〜C8−シクロアルキル 又はC1〜C6−アルキル又はC1−C6−アルコキシによって1個又は数個置換さ れていてよいアリールを表わす]の一級アミンと反応させ、 b)段階a)で生じた、一般式IV:の1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミドを 、中性溶剤、触媒としてのパラジウム錯体、助触媒としての銅塩及び塩基の存在 下に、先ず、一般式Va: H−C=C−R1 Va の1−アルキンと、かつ引き続き、他の一般式Vb: H−C≡C−R2 Vb の1−アルキンと、各々1:1〜1:2のモル比で反 応させ、かつ c)段階b)で生じた、一般式VI”: の非対称性1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイ ミドを、所望の場合には、L1及びL2中の不飽和結合の付加的還元の後に、極性 のプロトン性溶剤及び塩基の存在下に鹸化させて、非対称性1,7−ジ置換ペリ レン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸二無水物(I)又はペリレン−3, 4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸(Ia)にすることを特徴とする、請求項1又 は2に記載の、式中のR1及びR2が異なるものであり、L1及びL2が同一又は異 なるものである、式Iの非対称性1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10− テトラカルボン酸二無水物又は式Iaのペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカ ルボン酸を製造する方法。 5. 一般式VI: [式中、 X1は、臭素又は式 −L−R の基を表わし、ここで、 Lは、1,2−エチレン、1,2−エテニレン又は1,2−エチニレンを表 わし、かつ Rは、水素又はその炭素鎖が1個又は数個の基、−O−、−S−、−NR3 −、−CO−及び/又は−SO2−で中断されていてよく、かつ/又は−COO R3、−SO3OR3、ヒドロキシ、シアノ、C1〜C6−アルコキシ、C5〜C8− シクロアルキル、アリールによって又は窒素原子を介して結合された、他のPE テロ原子を含有していてよい、及び/又は芳香族性であってよい5〜7員の複素 環によって1個又は数個 置換されていてよいC1〜C30−アルキルを表わし、この際、R3は水素又はC1 〜C6−アルキル基を表し、 X2は、臭素又は式 −L−R− の基を表わし、 R4は、その炭素鎖が1個又は数個の基、−O−、−S−又は−CO−によって 中断されていてよいC4〜C30−アルキル、C5〜C8シクロアルキル又はC1〜C6 −アルキル又はC1〜C6−アルコキシによって1個又は数個置換されていてよ いアリールを表わす] の1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミド。 6. 式中の変数が次のもの: X1及びX2は、臭素又は同一の式 −L−R の基を表わし、ここで、 Lは、1,2−エテニレン又は1,2−エチニレンであり、かつ Rは、水素、−COOR3、ヒドロキシ、シアノ、C1〜C6−アルコキシ、 C5〜C8−シクロアルキル又はアリールによって1個又は数個置換されていてよ いC1〜C18−アルキルを表わし、 R4は、C5〜C8−シクロアルキル又はメタ及び/又はパラー位においてC1−C6 −アルキル又はC1〜C6−アルコキシによって置換されていて よいフェニルを表わす、請求項5に記載の一般式VIのペリレン−3,4,9, 10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミド。 7. a)1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸 二無水物(II)又は1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカ ルボン酸(IIa)を、極性の中性溶剤及び場合によりイミド化触媒の存在下に 、一般式III: R4−NH2 III の一級アミンと反応させ、 b)段階a)で生じた、一般式IV:の1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミドを 、中性溶剤、触媒としてのパラジウム錯体、助触媒としての銅塩及び塩基の存在 下に、一般式V: H−C≡C−R1 V の1−アルキンと、1:2〜1:4のモル比で反応させることを特徴とする、請 求項5又は6に記載の、式中のX1及びX2が同一の基 −L−R を表わす、式 VIの対称性1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジ イミドを製造する方法。 8. a)1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸 二無水物(II)又は1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカ ルボン酸(IIa)を、極性の中性溶剤及び場合によりイミド化触媒の存在下に 、一般式III: R4−NH2 III の一級アミンと反応させ、 b)段階a)で生じた、一般式IV:の1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミドを 、中性溶剤、触媒としてのパラジウム錯体、助触媒としての銅塩及び塩基の存在 下に、先ず、一般式Va: H−C≡C−R1 Va の1−アルキンと、引き続き、他の一般式Vb: H−C≡C−R2 Vb の1−アルキンと、各々1:1〜1:2のモル比で反応させることを特徴とする 、請求項5又は6に記載の、式中のX1及びX2が異なる基 −L−R を表わす 、式VIの非対称性1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボ ン酸イミドを製造する方法。 9. 一般式IV: [式中、R4は、その炭素鎖が1個又は数個の基、−O−、−S−又は−CO− によって中断されていてよいC4〜C30−アルキル、C5〜C8−シクロアルル又 はC1〜C6−アルキル又はC1〜C6−アルコキシによって1個又は数個置換され ていてよいアリールを表わす]の1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3,4,9,10 −テトラカルボン酸ジイミドを製造するために、1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3 ,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸二無水物(II)又は1,7−ジブロムペリ レン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸(IIa)を、極性の中性溶剤及び 場合によりイミド化触媒の存在下に、一般式III: R4−NH2 III の一級アミンと反応させることを特徴とする、1,7−ジブロムペリレン−3, 4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸ジイミドを製造する方法。 10.顔料、レーザー色素及び蛍光染料、ポリマー色料、顔料及び顔料添加剤の 製造のための前駆物質としての請求項1又は2に記載の、式Iの1,7−ジ置換 ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸二無水物又は式Iaのペリレン −3,4,9,10−テトラカルボン酸の使用。 11.高分子有機物質及び無機物質の着色のための顔料及び染料として、レーザ ー色素及びエレクトロルミネッセンス使用のための有機物質としての請求項5又 は6に記載の、式VIの1,7−ジ置換ペリレン−3,4,9,10−テトラカ ルボン酸ジイミドの使用。
