Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. その長手方向軸について回転するようになっている細長ボウル(2)と 、ボウル内にボウルと共軸に配置さわ、スクリュー(7)を保持する本体(4) を有し、重量相を重量相のための排出ポートへと搬送するためにボウルに対して 回転するようになっているスクリューコンベヤ(3)と、分離される物質の供給 のためスクリューコンベヤに設けられた入口ポート(6)と、コンベアの一端に 設けられたボウル内の重量相のための排出ポート(14)と、入口ポートと排出 ポートとの間に配置され、どの軸位置においてもその半径方向の延びは同じ軸位 置におけるスクリューの半径方向の延びより小さい隔壁(8)とを備え、供給さ れる物質を軽量相と重量相とに分離するためのデカンタ型遠心分離器において、 隔壁が、コンベヤ(3)のスクリュー(7)のフライトの排出ポートに向かっ て面する側の位置から始まり、排出ポートに向かう方向に従ってコンベヤスクリ ューのフライトの1つの排出ポートから離れて面する側の位置まで延び、介在す るフライトを横切ることのない半径方向リブ(8a)として形成されたことを特 徴とするデカンタ型遠心分離器。 2. 隔壁(8a)は、一様にピッチが増加または減少するらせん状表面を形 成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 3. 隔壁(8a)は、一定のピッチのらせん状表面を形成していることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 4. 隔壁(8a)の包絡面(15a)が円錐状面であることを特徴とする請 求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 5. 隔壁(8a)は、スクリュー(7)のフライトとの各結合部において、 フライトの表面に略直角な部分(16)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1 乃至4のいずれかに記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 6. 隔壁の結合部分(16a)が、隔壁の端部の少なくとも一方において、 スクリューコンベヤ(3)の長手方向軸に対して直角の断面図に見られるように 、その部分(16a)の半径方向外側部がボウル(2)に対するスクリューコン ベヤの回転方向(18)に対しての半径方向内側部の上流となるように傾けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 7. スクリューコンベヤ(5)は、いくつかの溝(17a、17b)を有し 、各溝内に隔壁(8f、8g)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の いずれかに記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 8. 隔壁(8f,8g)の形状および配置は、各溝(17a,17b)内で 同じであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 9. 隔壁の厚みは、コンベヤスクリューのリードの0.05から0.5倍で あり、好ましくはリードの0.1から0.2倍、特にリードの0.15倍である ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。 10. 隔壁の厚みは、スクリューコンベヤのフライトの厚みの0.8から1 .5倍、好ましくはスクリューコンベヤのフライトの厚みの1.0倍であること を特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のデカンタ型遠心分離器。
