Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.塩の通路を画成する逆浸透膜から成るフィルタエレメントと、被脱塩水を該 フィルタエレメントへ送るポンプと、該ポンプおよび前記フィルタエレントの間 の水の流路において乱流を流水へ導入し、障害部材全体にわたって圧力降下を生 じさせる障害部材とを含み、これによって、該障害部材の下流の水は、前記フィ ルタエレメントの前記塩の通路へ入るに従って、前記障害部材の上流の水より低 い圧力になり、その流れが前記障害部材の上流にあったより大きな乱流になるこ とを特徴とする逆浸透脱塩装置。 2.請求の範囲第1項記載の装置において、前記障害部材は、その中に複数の穴 を有する板の形をとり、これによって前記流水が阻害され、多数の乱流水に分流 され、該分流のそれぞれが前記板の上流の水の圧力より低い圧力になることを特 徴とする逆浸透脱塩装置。 3.請求の範囲第2項記載の装置において、一連の流量絞り弁が設けられ、個々 の水の流れを作り出す板の穴の流れ面積を変えることを特徴とする逆浸透脱塩装 置。 4.請求の範囲第2項または第3項に記載され、円筒形ケーシングを含む脱塩装 置において、前記フィルタエレメントは前記ケーシング内にあり、前記塩の通路 の入口が該フィルタエレメントの一方の端部にあるように組み立てられ、円盤が 前記板を構成し、該円盤は、前記ケーシングの一方の端部と前記フィルタエレメ ントとの間にあり、該フィルタエレメントの前記一方の端部から、および前記ケ ーシングの前記一方の端部で脱塩される水の出口から離隔され、使用状態で前記 ケーシングへ前記入口から入る水が前記円盤の穴を流れ通り、複数の分水流に分 割され、前記フィルタエレメントの前記一方の端部に当たることを特徴とする脱 塩装置。 5.請求の範囲第2項または第3項に記載だれ、円筒形ケーシングを含む脱塩装 置において、前記フィルタエレメントは前記ケーシング内にあり、前記塩の通路 の入口が該フィルタエレメントの一方の端部にあるように組み立てられ、円盤が 前記板を構成し、該円盤は、前記ケーシングの一方の端部と前記フィルタエレメ ントとの間にあり、該フィルタエレメントの前記一方の端部から離隔し、前記シ リンダ内には、ポンプおよび該ポンプを駆動するモータがあり、該ポンプは、前 記円盤と前記ケーシングの前記一方の端部との間にあり、被脱塩水を前記円盤の 穴を通して送り、これを複数の分水流に分割し、該分水流が前記フィルタエレメ ントの前記一方の端部に当たるように機能することを特徴とする脱塩装置。 6.請求の範囲第5項に記載され、固形物質を被脱塩水から除去するフィルタを 含む脱塩装置において、前記フィルタは、前記ポンプと前記円盤との間にあるこ とを特徴とする脱塩装置。 7.請求の範囲第6項記載の脱塩装置において、前記ポンプは、2つの分路を備 えた出口を有し、第1の分路は前記フィルタを通して、一方の境界が前記円盤に より構成されるチャンンバへ通じ、水が通常、前記一方の分路を流れ通り、前記 フィルタを通って前記チャンバへ、次いで前記円盤の穴を通り抜け、他方の分路 は、前記フィルタを迂回して直接、前記チャンバへ通り、前記フィルタの中子と 連絡している通常は閉鎖されている出口があり、該出口は、開くと、逆洗浄水を 前記チャンバから前記フィルタへ逆方向に流入させ、前記出口から流出させるこ とを特徴とする脱塩装置。 8.請求の範囲第2項、第3項または第4項に記載され、ハウジングを浮動可能 にする少なくとも1つの浮き空間を備えたハウジングを含む脱塩装置において、 前記フィルタエレメントおよび円盤をその中に有する前記円筒形ケーシングは、 前記ハウジング内にあり、使用中は前記ポンプが海水を圧力をかけて前記ケーシ ングへ送出することを特徴とする脱塩装置。 9.請求の範囲第8項記載の脱塩装置において、前記ハウジングは垂直に長く、 該ハウジングは水平隔壁を有し、該水平隔壁は、該隔壁より下の取水チャンバを 該隔壁より上の浮き空間から隔絶し、前記ハウジングはその中に穴を有して海水 を前記取水チャンバへ流入させ、使用中、前記ポンプは、海水を前記チャンバか ら引き出して、これを前記ケーシングの前記浮き空間内へ送出することを特徴と する脱塩装置。 10.請求の範囲第4項ないし第9項のいずれかに記載の脱塩装置において、該装 置は、回収した水を紫外線に当てる手段を含むことを特徴とする脱塩装置。 11.請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれかに記載の脱塩装置において、前記 ポンプはラム型ポンプであることを特徴とする脱塩装置。 12.請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれかに記載の脱塩装置において、前記 ポンプは、水を加圧状態で前記フィルタエレメントへ送出する手動操作式ピスト ンポンプであることを特徴とする脱塩装置。 13.請求の範囲第1項ないし第12項のいずれかに記載の脱塩装置において、該装 置は、前記塩の通路から出る塩水から得られる圧力主体のエネルギーを利用して 前記ポンプの動力源を補助する手段を含むことを特徴とする脱塩装置。 14.請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項または第4項に記載の脱塩装置において 、該装置は、中を回収した水が前記フィルタエレメントから流れる出口と、自身 の吸込み口が前記回収水用出口へ連結された補助ポンプと、該補助ポンプから上 方へ延びて該補助ポンプの圧力出口へ連結された中空の柱と、前記フィルタエレ メントからの塩水用出口と、該塩水出口へ連結された駆動用モータとを含み、使 用中は加圧状態にある塩水が前記モータへ流入し、これを駆動させ、該モータは 、前記補助ポンプへ連結されて該補助ポンプを駆動することを特徴とする脱塩装 置。 15.請求の範囲第14項記載の脱塩装置において、前記駆動モータはペルトン水車 であることを特徴とする脱塩装置。 16.塩の通路を画成する逆浸透膜から成るフィルタエレメントへ被脱塩水を送り 、該フィルタエレメントへ流れる水に圧力降下を生じさせ、同時に乱流を該水の 流れに導入し、該乱流水を低圧で前記フィルタエレメントの塩の通路へ送り込む ことを特徴とする水の脱塩方法。 17.請求の範囲第16項記載の方法において、前記障害部材によって前記水を複数 の円錐形の分水流に分割し、該障害部材は、圧力を降下させ、乱流を導入し、そ れぞれの乱流の流れを前記フィルタエレメントに当てることを特徴とする脱塩方 法。 18.請求の範囲第16項または第17項に記載の方法において、海水を逆浸透膜を通 して送って、実質的に溶解固形物のない補給水を生成し、この水を海水と混合し 、希釈海水を前記フィルタエレメントへ送出することを特徴とする脱塩方 法。 19.請求の範囲第16項、第17項または第18項に記載の方法において、ある量の塩 水を前記脱塩回収した水に加えて該回収水のミネラルのバランスを変えることを 特徴とする脱塩方法。 20.請求の範囲第16項ないし第19項のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記水は 、最初は50ないし65バールの圧力にあり、圧力降下は1.5 ないし2.0 バールであ ることを特徴とする脱塩方法。
