Claims (2)
- 分離膜の供給側に供給側流路材を配置し、透過側に透過側流路材を配置した積層体が有孔の中空管にスパイラル状に巻回され、供給側流路と透過側流路とが直接連通しないように封止された構造を有するスパイラル型分離膜エレメントを円筒容器内に収納したスパイラル型分離膜モジュールにおいて、
前記円筒容器は、金属製の円筒容器であり、
前記円筒容器は、供給原流体入口孔と透過流体出口孔と濃縮流体出口孔とを有しており、
前記中空管の上流側端部は、前記中空管の側面と隙間なく一体的に閉塞されており、
前記中空管の下流側端部は、前記円筒容器の透過流体出口孔を介して外に突出していることを特徴とするスパイラル型分離膜モジュール。 - 前記円筒容器は、両端に透過流体出口孔を1つずつ有しており、前記円筒容器内に前記スパイラル型分離膜エレメントが2個収納されており、各スパイラル型分離膜エレメントの各中空管の下流側端部は、前記円筒容器の各透過流体出口孔を介して外に突出している請求項1に記載のスパイラル型分離膜モジュール。
