Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.最大20重量%の他の成分を含むアルミナ担体上に第VIII族の貴金属及び炭 化水素置換されたアルミニウム化合物を含む触媒組成物が、500℃以上の温度 で水素含有ガスと接触されることにより活性化され、但し、少なくとも、触媒組 成物中に存在する炭化水素置換されたアルミニウム化合物が炭化水素置換された ハロゲン化アルミニウムではないとき、活性化されるべき触媒組成物が、活性化 段階に先立って又は活性化段階の間においてハロゲン化合物と接触させられると ころの、活性化された触媒組成物を調製する方法。 2.活性化されるべき触媒組成物が、次の引き続いて行われる段階、即ち、 (a)第VIII族の貴金属及び最大20重量%の他の成分を含むアルミナ担体を含 む組成物の調製、 (b)貴金属の任意的な還元、及び (c)段階(a)又は(b)の生成物と炭化水素置換されたアルミニウム化合物 との接触 が実行されるところの方法により調製されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方 法。 3.活性化されるべき触媒組成物中に存在する炭化水素置換されたアルミニウム 化合物が、炭化水素置換されたハロ ゲン化アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.炭化水素置換されたハロゲン化アルミニウムが、炭化水素置換された塩化ア ルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.炭化水素置換されたハロゲン化アルミニウムが、式 AlXyR1nR2m (ここで、Xはハロゲン原子であり、R1及びR2は同一であっても異なってい ても良く、かつ1〜12個の炭素原子を持つアルキル基及びアリール基から選ば れ、yは1又は2の値を有し、かつn及びmは0又は1の値を有し、y、n及び mの合計は3である) の化合物であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の方法。 6.触媒組成物中に存在する炭化水素置換されたアルミニウム化合物が、式 A1R1R2R3 (ここで、R1、R2及びR3は同一であっても異なっていても良く、かつ1〜 12個の炭素原子を持つアルキル基又はアリール基から選ばれる) を満足することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 7.炭化水素置換されたハロゲン化アルミニウムでないところの炭化水素置換さ れたアルミニウム化合物を含む触媒組成物が、活性化段階が実施される前にハロ ゲン化合物と接触させられることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 8.触媒組成物が、何らのハロゲン化合物をも含まないところの水素含有ガスを 使用して活性化されることを特徴とする請求項3、4、5又は7のいずれか一つ に記載の方法。 9.触媒組成物が、水素に加えてハロゲン化合物を含むところのガスを使用して 活性化されることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 10.ハロゲン化合物が塩化水素であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。 11.触媒組成物が第VIII族の貴金属として白金を含むことを特徴とする請求項 1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 12.請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法により得られ得る活性化され た触媒組成物。 13.転換されるべき原料が、請求項12記載の活性化された触媒組成物と接触 させられることを特徴とする炭化水 素原料の転換方法。 14.n−パラフィンを異性化するための方法において、n−パラフィンを含む 原料が、水素の存在下に請求項12記載の活性化された触媒組成物と接触させら れることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。 15.アルキル化し得る芳香族又は脂肪族炭化水素をアルキル化するための方法 において、アルキル化されるべき化合物を含む原料が、請求項12記載の活性化 された触媒組成物の存在下にアルキル化剤と接触されることを特徴とする請求項 14記載の方法。
