Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 道具を使うことなく吐出性に優れた注ぎ口を
形成することができ、袋本体を切除すると同時に該注ぎ
口が形成され、液垂れしにくく、手に液が付着すること
なく液の詰め替え作業を行う。 【解決手段】 注ぎ口を形成するための切断誘導手段
（４、５）を有する袋１であって、袋本体２とは別部材
からなる注ぎ口片３を有し、該注ぎ口片３は、上記切断
誘導手段（４、５）の施された部位の袋本体２の内部
に、該切断誘導手段（４、５）により切除したときに該
注ぎ口片３の上端部３ｂが突出するように固定する。こ
れにより、道具を使うことなく吐出性に優れた注ぎ口を
形成することができ、袋本体２を切除すると同時に該注
ぎ口が形成され、液垂れしにくく、手に液が付着するこ
となく液の詰め替え作業を行うことができる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、袋の注ぎ口に関す
るものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の袋において袋を開封し液体を注ぎ
出す際には、切り込みから手で開封したり、切り取り標
示に沿って袋の一部を切除して、該切断部分から液を注
ぎ出していたが、注ぎ口が袋の側部に連続しているの
で、袋の側部を介して液垂れが生じ易かった。
【０００３】これに対し、液垂れ防止の観点から、実開
平５−６５８５０号公報に記載されているように、袋と
は別部材からなる液量調節片を内装する袋が提案されて
いるが、使用時に注ぎ口となる液量調節片を引き出す必
要があり、煩雑で液が手に付着する問題を見い出した。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、液垂れしに
くく、手に液が付着することなく液を注ぎ出せる袋の提
供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するた
め、本発明による袋は、切断誘導手段により注ぎ口を形
成したときに、袋本体とは別部材からなる注ぎ口部材が
袋本体内より突出するように構成している。

【発明の実施の形態】図１に示す袋１は、袋本体２と、
注ぎ口部材としてシート状部材を折り曲げ形成した注ぎ
口片３とを備える。
【０００７】上記袋本体２は、上端部に切断誘導手段と
して、切り取り標示４とその両端部に形成された切り込
み５とを有する。上記注ぎ口片３は、袋本体２とは別部
材からなる四角形のシート状部材を中央で折り曲げて形
成してあり、該シート状部材には、袋本体２に接する面
の下部３ａに粘着剤が塗布してある。注ぎ口片３は袋本
体２の内部に前記の下部３ａに塗布した粘着剤で貼付け
てある。この際、注ぎ口片３の下部３ａを切り取り標示
４の下方に切り取り標示４とは離して、すなわち図２に
示すｄ領域の非固着部を設けて、配置して固着すること
によって、切り取り標示４の部位及び切り取り標示４の
上方は袋本体に固着されないようにする。
【０００８】次に、このように構成された袋１の使用に
ついて説明する。まず、図１に示す袋本体２の切り込み
５から切り取り標示４に沿って袋本体２の一部を切除す
る。これにより、図２に示すように、注ぎ口片３の上端
部３ｂが袋本体２より切り取り線４の上方に突出し、注
ぎ口６となる。その後、図３に示すように、容器本体２
を傾け、この注ぎ口６から別容器に液を流し入れる。
【０００９】この注ぎ口６は、予め直線状に形成してあ
るので吐出性に優れる。また、該注ぎ口６は、袋本体２
とは別部材であり、切り取り標示４の線上では該袋本体
２と接着しない状態で該切り取り標示４の上方に突出し
ているので、袋本体２の側面に不連続となり、袋本体２
の側面を介して液垂れすることはない。袋から液を注ぎ
出す際、袋本体２の傾け具合によって液量を調節するこ
とができる。
【００１０】なお、上記注ぎ口片３を袋本体２に固定す
る際、両面接着テープを用いてもよい。また、シート状
部材の一方の面全体を粘着面として、その粘着面の上部
を粘着面側に折り重ねることによって粘着部分と非粘着
部分とを形成し、その粘着部分によって袋本体２に接着
することも可能である。
【００１１】上記注ぎ口片３は、シート状部材をＵ字型
に折り曲げ形成してもよい。切断誘導手段としては袋表
面に各種の方法で設けた半切り線も有効である。本発明
による袋は、袋本体と注ぎ口部材としての管状物である
ストローとによって構成してもよく、かかる袋により液
の詰め替えをする際には、別容器の開口部にストローを
挿入し、袋本体の側面を圧迫して液を注ぎ出すことがで
きる。
【００１２】ストローは、その上端部が切り取り標示の
上方に、下端部が切り取り標示の下方に配置され、袋本
体に内装されている。この際ストローは、切り取り標示
の下方の位置で、袋本体の両側面に挟まれる状態で、袋
側面の周縁部と一体的にシール固着されている。
【００１３】上記袋は注ぎ口部分で封止されており、袋
本体を切り込みから切り取り線に沿って切除するとスト
ローの上端部のみが突出するので、袋をどのように傾け
てもストローの上端開口部以外からは液が流出すること
はなく、確実に液を別容器に移し替えることができる。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、道具を使うことなく吐
出性に優れた注ぎ口を形成でき、袋本体を切除すると同
時に該注ぎ口が形成され、液垂れしにくく、手に液が付
着することもなく液の詰め替え作業を行うことができ
る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 注ぎ口を形成するための切断誘導手段を
    有する袋であって、袋本体とは別部材からなる注ぎ口部
    材が、該袋本体の一部を上記切断誘導手段に従い切除し
    たときに袋本体より突出するように固定した袋。
  2. 【請求項２】 上記注ぎ口部材は、シート状部材を折り
    曲げ形成したものである請求項１記載の袋。
  3. 【請求項３】 上記注ぎ口部材は、管状物である請求項
    １記載の袋。
