Abstract

Il sangue defluito viene poi trasferito in un secondo. contenitore, che può essere costituito da una provetta o siringa attraverso la parte di scarico di fluido del contenitore, ciò venendo ottenuto facendo sì che un ago fissato al contenitore e sigillato con un copriago penetri attraverso il copriago nonché i1 coperchio della provetta, attraversando il dispositivo di chiusura con un ago se esso è un diaframma o simile oppure aprendo una valvola in corrispondenza di tale dispositivo di chiusura mediante un azionamento meccanico con la punta di una siringa. Gli aghi impiegati sono protetti da cappucci di protezione per impedire un accidentale conficcamento degli aghi.
