Abstract

Un impianto a vuoto per essiccatoi di pelli industriali a pianali multipli (2) comprende un circuito con un'estremità aperta (17) lungo il quale sono disposti in serie almeno un collettore di vapore (7) per ogni pianale, un primo condensatore (8) inserito in ogni collettore, un primo separatore di condensa (10) all'uscita dei vari condensatori (8), almeno una pompa a vuoto principale (16) per ridurre progressivamente la pressione assoluta nel circuito fino ad un primo valore superiore (Ps). Una caratteristica peculiare dell'impianto consiste nel fatto di prevedere un dispositivo di aspirazione secondario (19) posto a monte della pompa a vuoto principale (16) per operare in serie con la stessa al raggiungimento di detto primo valore della pressione assoluta (Ps) così da ridurre ulteriormente la pressione del circuito fino ad un secondo valore inferiore (Pi.). Il valore superiore (Ps) della pressione assoluta è compreso tra 40 mbar e 100 mbar, il secondo valore (Pi) inferiore della pressione assoluta è compreso tra 15 mbar ed 1 mbar. Il dispositivo (19) è una soffiante ad alta portata e bassa prevalenza.
