Abstract

Viene descritto un meccanismo di cambio rapido per trapano/alesatrice, costituito da un tavolo portaoggetti con guide per il pezzo, da un montante con trapano verticale ed un formatore di fori, in un blocco di fissaggio essendo previsti un giunto, che può essere accoppiato ad un albero motore, allo scopo di trasmettere il moto di lavoro all'utensile di lavoro, due perni di accoppiamento, tenuti da una molla, per il fissaggio meccanico del blocco di fissaggio ed una spina di innesto per bloccare il blocco di fissaggio al montante, e che, in una piastra di fissaggio, sul montante, sono previste delle cavità per alloggiare e fissare i perni di accoppiamento ed un foro per la spina di innesto, questa spina di innesto, venendo innestata mediante l'ausilio di una molla, nel foro per bloccaggio contro la torsione.
