Abstract

Una macchina utensile manuale per la lavorazione con asportazione di truciolo di pezzi, specialmente una lima motorizzata presenta una piastra traslante (25) con un alloggiamento (42) dell'utensile, per fissare in modo amovibile un utensile truciolatore, specialmente la lama (12) di una lima, ed un'unità motrice (11), la quale fa compiere alla piastra traslante (25) una corsa permanente avanti-indietro nella direzione longitudinale dell'utensile truciolatore, rispettivamente della lama (12) della lima. Per evitare che l'utensile truciolatore rispettivamente la lama (12) della lima durante il ciclo di lavoro si impasti progressivamente con trucioli oppure con limatura ed in seguito a ciò diminuisca il rendimento, nell'unità motrice (11) sono integrati mezzi (45, 51) che costringono la piastra traslante (25) e perciò l'utensile truciolatore rispettivamente la lama (12) della lima ad eseguire, perlomeno all'atto della sua corsa di ritorno, una supplementare corsa trasversale nell'ambito del piano di traslazione. Il movimento trasversale dell'utensile truciolatore rispettivamente della lama (12) della lima provoca un'espulsione laterale dei trucioli, cosicché i denti dell'utensile truciolatore rispettivamente della lama (12) della lima sono sempre liberi ed asportano trucioli in maniera ottimale (figura 3).
