Abstract
Per produrre un elettrodo sinterizzato che presenta una porosità fine ed una grossolana per un elemento galvanico, da un granulato di polvere di ferro ridotto, presentante porosità fine, ottenuto da una polvere di ossido di ferro con una granulometria fino a 10 ?m, granulato che ha una granulometria di al massimo 500 ?m e che viene pressato a formare un corpo di elettrodo e viene sinterizzato sotto un'atmosfera riducente ad una temperatura di sinterizzazione fino a 750°C, si propone che il granulato di polvere di ferro, che viene ottenuto dall'agglomerato di polvere di ferro che si forma durante la riduzione della polvere di ferro a 600 fino ad 800°C, eventualmente dopo frantumazione dell'agglomerato di polvere di ferro, venga mescolato, prima della sua pressatura, con un agente generatore di pori organico, volatile durante la sinterizzazione, la cui quantità e granulometria vengono scelte in funzione del numero desiderato e della grandezza desiderata dei pori della porosità grossolana dell'elettrodo sinterizzato.
