Abstract
L'apparecchiatura di misurazione, con la quale viene rilevata la distanza (12) tra i pezzi di montaggio (8, 9) dei cilindri di appoggio di una gabbia di laminazione doppio duo (1) per la regolazione della luce (13) fra i cilindri, come elementi strutturali principali due sedi intercambiabili (15), montate nei pezzi di montaggio inferiori (9) dei cilindri di appoggio situati nei montanti (2) della gabbia di laminazione (1) in posizione simmetrica rispetto al piano (14-14) dell'asse dei cilindri con trasduttori (16) estraibili e retrattili per due odometri (17) sistemati nei pezzi di montaggio superiori (8) dei cilindri di appoggio, i quali trasduttori scavalcano la distanza (12) tra i pezzi di montaggio (8, 9) dei cilindri di appoggio. Le sedi dei trasduttori di misura (16) accolgono ognuna un cilindro di sollevamento (19) dotato di un pistone di sollevamento (20) a doppio effetto, sulla cui asta (22) è infilata una bussola cilindrica fungente da trasduttore di misura (16) per l'odometro (17). In the seat of each measuring transducer (16) two clamping bushings are mounted coaxially to the axis of the lifting cylinder (19), which face each other and whose clamping force is designed so that the measuring transducer (16), made as a cylindrical bush, is kept in the measuring position and that it is possible to extract it from the transducer seat and retract it into said seat (Figure 1).
