Abstract

In una macchina per sacchetti tubolari operante in condizioni asettiche, in cui in un tubo flessibile 2 di materiale di confezionamento viene immesso prodotto e dal tubo flessibile vengono staccate confezioni a sacchetto 3, prima di iniziare il riempimento le parti che vengono a contatto con il materiale di confezionamento e con il prodotto, vengono sterilizzate facendo passare agente di sterilizzazione attraverso il tubo di riempimento 21 e la parte sagomata 11. Per far passare agente di sterilizzazione attraverso il tubo di riempimento 21 con la sua uscita 22 viene collegato un elemento di collegamento 31 a forma di tazza, che viene racchiuso dal tubo flessibile 2 di materiale di confezionamento. Verso la fine della fase di sterilizzazione il tubo di riempimento 21 e l'elemento di collegamento 31 vengono allontanati reciprocamente e la parte del tubo flessibile, circondante queste parti, viene chiusa a tenuta fra queste e staccata, cosicché l'estremità 22 del tubo di riempimento rimane nella parte chiusa 6 terminale del tubo flessibile (Figura 1).
