Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un procedimento ed un dispositivo per l'esercizio di un essiccatore riscaldato a vapore, in particolare per l'essiccamento di materiale fibroso, come tabacco, il quale attraversa l'essiccatore in una corrente quantitativa continua, mediante comando della corrente di calore, addotta dal vapore all'essiccatore, in funzione dell'umidità finale del tabacco e/oppure per lo meno di una caratteristica del tabacco da essiccare, laddove deve essere possibile un adattamento migliorato della condizione del vapore a scostamenti della condizione e della quantità del tabacco addotto.ciò può essere conseguito per il fatto che viene determinata la quantità dell'umidità del tabacco da evaporare per unità di tempo per il mantenimento di una preassegnata umidità finale relativa del tabacco, e per il
