Abstract

Una unità di produzione ad alta velocità per lavorazioni meccaniche ad asportazione di truciolo, presenta una prima slitta (3) a scorrimento orizzontale una seconda slitta (6) scorrevole orizzontalmente lungo una direzione ortogonale alla direzione di scorrimento della prima slitta (3) ed una terza slitta a scorrimento verticale (9) portante una testa porta utensile (10). In adiacenza alla zona di lavoro della testa porta utensile (10) e, previsto un magazzino di utensili (11) comprendente un corpo porta-utensili (12) che è spostabile fra una posizione operativa adiacente alla suddetta zona di lavoro ed una posizione inoperativa distanziata dalla zona di lavoro, nella quale gli utensili del magazzino possono essere sostituiti senza interferire con il ciclo di lavoro della testa porta utensili (10).(Figura 1).
