Abstract

Utensili a forma di ruote dentate per la lavorazione fine, in particolare coltelli rasatori, danno un risultato di lavorazione ottimale soltanto durante una parte della loro vita, dato che, ad ogni ripassatura (generazione), lo spostamento del loro profilo e quindi il numero dei fianchi dei denti che sono contemporaneamente in presa periodicamente in successione con la ruota dentata del pezzo da lavorare si modificano. A ciò pone riparo l'invenzione per il fatto che l'utensile per la lavorazione fine viene ripassato (generato) in modo tale che, pur conservando il numero di denti originale (z) e il modulo normale originale, l'angolo d'elica (?), il modulo frontale e il diametro del cerchio di base vengono modificati in modo che uno spostamento originale (x) del profilo non si modifichi o si modifichi solo in modo irrilevante. Se l'utensile da ripassare (da generare) in questo modo presenta fianchi di denti (12, 13) scanalati, ad esempio è un coltello rasatore, viene proposto di eseguire la profondità delle singole scanalature (14) in modo che la loro profondità aumenti continuamente dalla prima scanalatura (14') ad una estremità di un fianco di dente (12, 13) fino all'ultima scanalatura (14") all'altra estremità dello stesso fianco di dente, dove, in presenza di fianchi di denti (12, 13) attigui, le scanalature (14") con la profondità maggiore e le scanalature (14') con la profondità minore sono disposte l'una di fronte all'altra.
