Abstract

Viene descrittto un dispositivo per la produzione di un velo di fibre, il quale dispositivo presenta un tamburo cardatore (3) ed una superficie di raccolta (2) in continuo movimento e permeabile all'aria, per le fibre che decollano dal tamburo cardatore (1) volando in una corrente d'aria di trasporto, nonché una cassa aspirante (1) collegata con la superficie di raccolta (2) e disposta sul lato della superficie di raccolta (2) opposto al tamburo cardatore (1), ed un canale di aspirazione (3), che si estende tra la superficie di raccolta (2) ed una zona periferica del tamburo cardatore (1) affacciata direttamente alla superficie di raccolta (2). Nella zona di raccordo fra il tamburo cardatore (1) e la parete (3a) del canale sul lato di entrata, con riferimento al senso di rotazione del tamburo cardatore (1), nonché fra il tamburo cardatore (1) e la parete (3b) del canale sul lato di uscita, sono previsti dei canali alimentatori d'aria (10, 11).
