Abstract

Guarnizione di testa di cilindro da impiegare in un motore marino atta ad essere raffreddata dall'acqua in cui il motore sta funzionando, il motore avendo una testa di cilindro in lega non ferrosa ed un blocco motore in lega non ferrosa, il blocco e la testa del cilindro essendo fatti entrambi preferibilmente di lega di alluminio. La guarnizione comprende una lamina metallica che forma un nucleo, il nucleo avendo superfici superiore ed inferiore, strati di materiale di rivestimento disposti saldamente su tali superfici superiore ed inferiori, ed in cui il potenziale di soluzione elettrolitica della lamina metallica è approssimativamente uguale ai rispettivi potenziali di soluzione elettrolitica del blocco motore e della testa di cilindro.
