Abstract
Lo scopo della presente invenzione è di ottenere un involucro commestibile da spedire dopo averlo imballato e sigillato in fogli stampati umidificati per impedire contaminazione da parte di microbi e muffe dovuta alla rottura durante la fase di distribuzione, e poi dopo aver ancora riscaldato, essiccato ed ammorbidito detti fogli sul luogo di destinazione della spedizione, formandoli in piatti e tazza seguita dalla solidificazione. Gli involucri commestibili possono essere ottenuti inserendo una pastella (2), nel quale ingredienti di base come farina, zucchero e olio sono impastati e miscelati con acqua, tra una piastra (10) riscaldante ed un'altra piastra riscaldante per realizzare il riscaldamento e l'essiccazione che comportano una alfatizzazione dell'amido di germoglio di grano contenuto in essa ed evaporazione dell'umidità per realizzare il foglio (5) stampato, realizzando un foglio (6) stampato umidificato mediante ancora umidificazione seguita da imballaggio e sigillatura che comportano fogli (6A) stampati ammorbiditi con il passare del tempo, ed infine, riscaldando ancora, essiccando ed ammorbidendo detti fogli (6A) formati ammorbiditi sul posto di utilizzazione e formandoli sotto forma di piatti e tazza seguito da solidificazione.
