Abstract

Un'apparecchiatura di distillazione per la produzione di brandy o di acquavite di bacche comprende un intensificatore di flusso che è dotato di almeno un piatto orizzontale di distillazione (2). Sulla superficie del piatto di distillazione (2) è distribuita una pluralità di fori (16) riuniti in zone perforate discrete (13, 14, 15). Le zone perforate (13, 14, 15) sono a loro volta ricoperte con lamiere di copertura (17, 18, 19) i cui bordi sono situati al disopra del piatto di distillazione (2) a distanza di soli pochi millimetri. Con la descritta disposizione è possibile, mantenendo un bassissimo livello di fluido in ebollizione sul piatto di distillazione (2) provocare un processo d'ebollizione che abbraccia uniformemente l'intera superficie del piatto di distillazione e che si accompagna ad un'intima e intensissima miscelazione di condensa e vapore (fig. 2).
