Abstract

With the described arrangement it is possible, by maintaining a very low level of boiling fluid on the distillation plate (2), to provoke a boiling process which uniformly embraces the entire surface of the distillation plate and which is accompanied by an intimate and intense mixing of condensation and steam (fig. 2).
