Abstract

Una valvola di strozzatura funziona come una valvola di uscita in un sistema o impianto di erogazione di liquido dosato ed utilizza una valvola di ritegno anti-sifonatura spostabile molleggiata per impedire flusso di ritorno di fluido dal serbatoio di ricezione nel sistema. La valvola di strozzatura è fissata alla estremità di erogazione del tubo flessibile di scarico del sistema. Il sistema di erogazione è controllato mediante un'unità elettronica centrale e la valvola di strozzatura include un'unità di rilevazione per segnalare al dispositivo di controllo elettronico quando liquido è presente in corrispondenza dell'uscita. La valvola di strozzatura è collegata al serbatoio ricevente mediante un giunto o accoppiamento a basso riversamento per minimizzare fuoriuscita di liquido nell'ambiente. La valvola di strozzatura può pure includere una valvola di interruzione a vuoto che immette aria nel tubo flessibile di scarico quando la pompa del sistema viene fatta funzionare in sonno inverso per rimuovere l'adescamento dal tubo flessibile di scarico.
