When a negative pressure is generated in the water pipe 2, the valve body 14 is pushed down against the biasing force of the spring 15 under a negative pressure acting against the valve body 14, and then moved away from the valve port 10, the surrounding air is suctioned into the water pipe 2 through the valve port 10 to eliminate the negative pressure and further to prevent a phenomenum of siphone.
