Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable switching for each circuit without necessity of lubricant, by connecting each valve so as to enable the switching operation in each circuit at the same time, providing the vacuum circuit with the poppet type differential valve and the pressure circuit with the poppet type moving valve.
CONSTITUTION: In the state before the operation, the output circuit 32 and the minus pressure circuit 28 are completely shut when the poppet type differential valve 9 linked with the operation rod 13 is pulled to the right by the spring 14 pressing the valve body 11 against the right side face of the cavitation 4 to shut the through hole 24. Therefore, the pressure fluid from the pressure circuit 26 opens the poppet type moving valve 8 through the orifice 23 to raise pressure on the output circuit 32 and swell up the bag 39 to hole the tile 34. On the other hand, push the rod 13, the differentical pressure valve 9 opens and both the above mentioned circuits 28 and 32 are connected. At the same time, the moving valve 8 moves to the left by the spring 19 as the valve body 11 moves, and presses the valve body 16 against the left side face of the cavitation 4 to shut the orifice 23, and thus suspends the supply of pressured fluid to the output circuit 32.
