Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce period required for bite raising operation by providing a neelde valve between the rod side of a piston chamber and a first port and providing a check valve between a second port and the rod side of the piston chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A piston 20 having a side communication groove 25 and a rod portion is slidably provided in a piston chamber 19 in a valve body 18 between first and second ports 26 and 27. The communication path between the first and second ports 26 and 27 in communication with each other via a communication groove 25 is closed with the movement of the piston 20 at the time of the start of flow of fluid from the side of the first port 26. The head side of the piston chamber 19 and the first port 26 are communicated with each other. A needle valve is provided in a path 30 between the rod side of the piston chamber 19 and the first port 26. A check valve 33 for causing flow to the rod side is provided in a path 32 between the second port 27 and the rod side of the piston chamber 19.
