Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain high frequency oscillation having good response and high output by fitting a piston in the cylinder body provided with a supply port and an exhaust port for pressure fluid and applying the supply and exhaust of the pressure oil to two fluid chamber with different pressure-receiving areas using a rotary valve.
CONSTITUTION: The rotor's ports 55, 54 get pressure corresponding to the supply and return sides, respectively, when supply pressure oil is applied to No.2 fluid chamber 13 at the upper left of the piston 2, i.g. the smaller pressure-receiving area 23. When a valve rotor is turned, the open port 45 comes into communication with the rotor ports 54, 55 alternately and the supply fluid stops at the rotor port 55 while it is in communication with the rotor port 54. The exhaust port 32 is, on the contrary, put into communication with No.1 fluid chamber 12, when the piston 2 shifts to the right as the fluid pressure in No.2 fluid chamber is higher.
