Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of fluid through a slit reliably by arranging an enclosed fluid pressure chamber telescopic along displacing direction of piston in a cylinder chamber. CONSTITUTION:Cylinder chambers 7, 8 are formed at the opposite sides of a cylinder 1 while holding a piston 3 between them, and enclosed fluid pressure chambers 9, 10 are arranged in respective cylinder chambers 7, 8 along displacing direction of the piston 3. Since the piston 3 can be reciprocated through increment/decrement of fluid pressure in the enclosed fluid pressure chambers 9, 10, leakage of fluid through the slit 2 can be prevented reliably without requiring sealing means for the slit 2.
