Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify constitution, and to reduce positioning work to simple form, by combining positioning means with clamping work in at least two clamping levers of this fluid pump and motor. CONSTITUTION:When driving a pivot 4 in the arrow head lower direction, an internal gear 2 and an external gear 3 mutually function as inner gearing pumps. In this case, an intermediate body 1 and side bodies 10, 11 of each structure of a main body 24 are shifted to an axial core of the pivot 4 by each pushing the internal gear 2 to the discharge chamber 7 side and the external gear 3 to the suction chamber 6 side by the pressure fluids of the discharge chamber 7. Here, through holes 8, 13A, 13B are each mounted at the two locations of the gearing point side and the facing side of the internal gear 2 and the external gear 3 of the intermediate body 1 and the side bodies 10, 11 in positioning shapes that are parallel and concentric with the pivot 4, and positioning conditions can positively be maintained because cylinder portions C are tightly inserted into the through holes 8, 13A, 13B in clamping levers 19.
