Abstract

PURPOSE: To form an unloading circuit through a minimum modification of a hydraulic pressure unit equipped with a hydraulic pump, change-over valve and check valve, by providing a communication passage which is communicated at one end thereof to a point between the hydraulic pump and check valve and at the other end to the exterior.
CONSTITUTION: In a hydraulic pressure unit equipped with a hydraulic pump 9, change-over valve 10 and check valve 11 as a unit, a communication passage 32 is provided in such a manner that it is communicated at one end thereof to a point between the hydraulic pump 9 and check valve 11 and at the other end to the exterior. For extending a hydraulic cylinder 2, the change-over valve 10 is switched into a lifting position 24 to supply the working oil to the cylinder 2 from an oil tank 5. As soon as the cylinder 2 assumes its full stroke position, an unload valve 33 is switched to a communication position 35 to unload the pressur oil from the hydraulic pump 9 to the tank 5. By using such an arrangement, it is possible to construct easily an unloading circuit with a minimum modification to a conventional hydraulic pressure unit but without need for any extra space for the unloading circuit.
