Abstract

Un'apparecchiatura per il controllo di rullini per cuscinetti, in particolare per effettuare controlli relativi alla superficie di rotolamento di rullini di forma conica (39), comprende due cilindri rotanti di trascinamento (12, 13), ed almeno un'apertura (36) sulla superficie di un cilindro (12), dove è alloggiata una sonda (38) per effettuare, ad esempio; controlli del tipo "a correnti parassite", ovvero controlli ottici dei rullini (39). Mezzi di registrazione (14-25) sono previsti per modificare la posizione mutua dei cilindri di trascinamento (12, 13).Un metodo di controllo prevede di appoggiare i rullini conici (39), allineati in una fila (45) in uscita da una macchina utensile levigatrice (43), sui cilindri di trascinamento (12, 13) rotanti, dove vengono spinti a compiere rotazioni assiali e traslazioni longitudinali. Nel corso dell'avanzamento della fila (45) sui cilindri (12, 13), ed al passaggio per una sezione definita dall'apertura (36) suddetta, la sonda (38) effettua una scansione della superficie dei rullini (39), sostanzialmente in corrispondenza del punto di tangenza, in tale sezione, fra i rullini ed uno dei cilindri.
