Abstract

In un ricevitore di. televisione, la tensione applicata all'altoparlante (40, 42) dall'amplificatore audio (48, 50) viene filtrata, in un filtro passa-basso ed accoppiata ad un rivelatore di soglia (52). Il segnale audio normale viene attenuato e, pertanto, il rivelatore non viene fatto scattare mentre la corrente continua stabile viene fatta circolare attraverso il filtro e provoca lo scatto del rivelatore. L'uscita del rivelatore (52) è accoppiata al circuito di protezione contro i raggi X (25, 60, 62) del ricevitore il quale opera in modo tale da disattivare il ricevitore.
