Abstract

Un copoliestere termotropico, che presenta una fase liquido-cristallina di tipo nematico in un intervallo di temperature desiderato, contiene unità derivanti da: (a) un acido bicarbossilico alifatico saturo; (b) 4,4'-diidrossibifenile e/o suoi mono- o di-alchil od alchenil derivati; (c) acido 4-idrossibenzoico e/o suoi alchil od alchenil derivati.Tale copoliestere migliora la lavorabilità di elastomeri contenenti insaturazioni e migliora le proprietà meccaniche dei prodotti successivamente vulcanizzati.
