Abstract

Impianto di distribuzione per distribuire materiale grezzo per pannelli truciolari, in modo da formare stuoie di materiale stampabile su un nastro trasportatore della linea di stampaggio, nell'ambito della produzione di pannelli truciolari, con almeno una macchina distributrice, al di sotto della quale scorre a distanza di distribuzione il nastro trasportatore della linea di stampaggio, la quale macchina distributrice è dotata di un silo del prodotto da distribuire, di un nastro trasportatore di scarico, di un dispositivo retroraschiante, di un rullo di scarico e di uno scarico del materiale grezzo. Il materiale grezzo presenta trucioli per la fabbricazione di sottili pannelli truciolari o di strati di copertura. Nella zona della distanza di distribuzione è disposto un separatore a vento per il materiale grezzo fuoriuscente dallo scarico, il quale genera parabole di lancio dipendenti dalla massa del materiale grezzo, le quali sono pilotabili dalla velocità del vento del separatore. Tra scarico del materiale grezzo e nastro trasportatore della linea di stampaggio è disposto, nella zona delle parabole di lancio, un dispositivo cattura-palle, che si estende dalla zona situata perpendicolarmente al di sotto dello scarico del materiale grezzo in direzione delle parabole di lancio, termina prima della fine della zona delle parabole di lancio e scarica le palle raccolte in senso contrario al vento del separatore.
