Abstract

Viene realizzata una valvola per il riempimento di contenitori, che elimina spruzzatura e gocciolamento. Mano a mano che il contenitore viene riempito, la valvola viene mossa verso l'alto in modo da essere ad una distanza fissata al disopra del livello del contenuto del contenitore durante il riempimento. In aggiunta, il liquido passa attraverso un retino anti-spruzzo quando esso esce dalla valvola. In una ulteriore caratteristica, associata con il retino, vi sono una o più unità di aspirazione che lavorano alla cessazione del flusso del liquido dalla valvola per rimuovere liquido dal retino ed impedire gocciolamento. La combinazione della valvola che si muove verso l'alto durante il riempimento del contenitore, di un retino e unità di aspirazione associate con il retino, funziona per impedire spruzzatura durante il riempimento e gocciolamento dopo il riempimento.
