Abstract

1310156 Strain relief devices LOCKHEED AIRCRAFT CORP 3 April 1970 [11 April 1969] 16035/70 Heading H2E To clamp wires 20 to a connector 14, 15 to relieve strain, a clamp comprises an internally threaded ring 11 having an arm 18 terminating in lateral projections 19 which have arcuate inner surfaces coaxial with ring 11. A nylon strap 21 secures the arm to the wires. The arm may be bent at right angles (Fig. 5, not shown), and the ring 11 may have a gap to allow wires to be disconnected without having to remove the clamp. [GB1310156A]
