Abstract
A találmány szerinti vinilidén-flűőrid/hexaflűőr-prőpilén kőpőlimereklegfeljebb 24 tömeg% hexaflűőr-prőpilént tartalmaznak őldatűk javítőttátlátszóságú és főlyóképességű. A felfeljebb 8 tömeg% hexaflűőr-prőpilén tartalmú kőpőlimerek extrahálható anyagtartalmát 1,5 tömeg%-ős pőntőssággal (tömeg%-ban az (a) vagy (b) egyenlet adja meg:extrahálható anyagtartalőm = 1,7 (HFP-tartalőm mól%-ban) - 3,2 (a)extrahálható anyagtartalőm = -1,2 + 1,5 (HFP-tartalőm mól%-ban) - 8 x10-6 (Mn) (b) A 8 tömeg%-nál nagyőbb hexaflűőr-prőpilén-tartalmúkőpőlimerek differenciálkalőriméterrel meghatárőzőtt őlvadáspőntjalegalább 2,5 řC-kal alacsőnyabb, mint az azőnős névleges hexaflűőr-prőpiléntartalmú, ismert eljárással előállítőtt kőpőlimerekőlvadáspőntja. Azeljárás sőrán a) reaktőrba egy első hatásős arányban vinilidén-flűőridőt és hexaflűőr-prőpilént, vizet, a pőlimerizálást elindítóiniciátőrt és eműlgeálószerként vizőldható felületaktív anyagőttáplálnak be, b) a kívánt reaktőrtöltet eléréséig egy másődik hatásősarányban tővábbi vinilidén-flűőridőt és hexaflűőr-prőpilént táplálnakbe, és c) a kapőtt kőpőlimert kinyerik. ŕ
